Meet @Olena D.

I'm responsible for a range of tasks at the company. This includes developing our internal products and handling UI/UX design for complex web apps in project management, finance, and hiring. I also manage our branding, covering everything from Social Media to YouTube and Merchandise visuals. I'm also involved in external projects, contributing to UI/UX design for landing pages, e-commerce, and mobile & web apps. I handle all parts of the process, from research and wireframing to design and usability testing. You can check out some of my work below. I have more projects that are designed but not launched yet – if you're interested, I can ask clients to share those details exclusively with you.

In my role, I handled a range of tasks including designing advertising materials like social media banners, posters, leaflets, and postcards. I also took care of prepress, UI/UX design for landing pages and e-commerce, branding and logo development, as well as creating both computer and manual illustrations. During my time at the company, I honed my skills in creating intricate layouts and improved my work speed and performance metrics. I gained valuable experience in teamwork and direct interaction with clients and developers.

In my role, I was responsible for generating content and crafting advertising creatives for Instagram and Facebook. Additionally, I handled the design and regular updates of the website, as well as tasks related to layout and prepress, such as creating posters for lectures and exhibitions, banners, business cards, and postcards. Working at the Academy provided me with valuable experience in independently managing design and social media tasks. I established an efficient design system, revamped and organized all identity elements for optimal functionality.
