Branch
The Service applications use the open source platform of "branch.io", a tool for attribution. Branch is supported by Branch Metrics, Inc. 1400 Seaport Blvd, Building B, 2nd Floor, Redwood City, CA 94063, USA. We use the information provided by Branch to improve the use of our applications for all users, to further customize our applications and to monitor the success of our advertising activities. Branch provides us with the following information, including personally identifiable information, to provide the deep linking solution: the IP address, information about the browser used, the operating system version used, screen size and resolution, start and end of use of the Service, type of connection (e.g. WLAN, mobile access). The listed information is only processed by Branch in anonymous form. An identification of the individual Service user by Branch is thus excluded.
Branch has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. In addition, we have concluded a "General Data Processing Agreement" with Branch. Hotjar
We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.

Facebook Pixel
We use the “visitor action pixels” from Facebook Inc. on our website. This allows user behavior to be tracked after they have been redirected to our website by clicking on a Facebook ad. This enables us to measure the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes. The data collected in this way is anonymous to us, i.e. we do not see the personal data of individual users. However, this data is stored and processed by Facebook, which is why we are informing you, based on our knowledge of the situation. Facebook may link this information to your Facebook account and also use it for its own promotional purposes, in accordance with Facebook’s Data Usage Policy. You can allow Facebook and its partners to place ads on and off Facebook. A cookie may also be stored on your computer for these purposes. Amplitude
We are using the web analysis software Amplitude a service of Amplitude Inc., 631 Howad St, Floor 3, 94105 San Francisco (“Amplitude”) to optimize its Internet presence. This procedure serves to evaluate the use of the Internet presence by the users, to compile reports on the website activities for us and to provide further services connected with the use of the Internet presence. This is done on the basis of our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behavior for optimization and marketing purposes in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Pseudonymised user profiles can be created and evaluated from these data for the same purpose.
We use a shortened IP address. The information generated in this way is transmitted to and stored on an Amplitude server in the USA. Amplitude is a member of the EU-US Privacy Shield (see german version and english version), which sets minimum standards for the protection of personal data of Europeans whose data is stored or processed in the USA. If you do not want “cookies” to be stored, you are asked to set the end device to delete these “cookies”, to block all or certain “cookies” or to issue a warning before any “cookies” are stored.
The information generated by the cookie in the pseudonymous user profile is not used to personally identify visitors to this website and is not combined with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym.
Leadfeeder
Leadfeeder is a web analytics service and evaluation tool provided by Liidio Oy / Leadfeeder (Mikonkatu 17 C, 00100 Helsinki). For this purpose, Leadfeeder collects the IP address of visitors.

Quora enables us to tailor the ads and content on the Quora Platform Quora to your interest regarding your browsing activities. Quora also enables us to get further information about how our users are engaging with our ads and contents on the Quora Platform to measure the success of our marketing campaigns. Quora collects your IP-Adress, location, date and time stamp, user agent, cookie ID, URL, time zone and other browser-level data or cookie data. Calendly
We work with Calendly LLC to schedule meetings from our website. When you schedule an appointment through our website, we share the information with Calendly. When you are redirected to Calendly or using its widget located on our website to schedule an event with us, you voluntarily share certain information. This can include your name, email address and phone number; email addresses of other people; the subject of the meeting; and any other information you provide us. If you receive an invitation from us but do not wish to become a Calendly User (different than Calendly member), please contact us through other means to set up your meeting.

Pipedrive allows us to process and respond to requests and messages faster. For this purpose, data is transmitted to Pipedrive and stored on Pipedrive servers.
We use the Pipedrive CRM system of the provider Pipedrive OÜ on the basis of our legitimate interests (efficient and fast processing of user enquiries, existing customer management, new customer business).
